Founding Partners

Gopinath Paneerselvam

Mr. Gopinath brings with him more than 2 decades of experience in the field of hotel construction, project management including hotel maintenance engineering, specialized in MEP field. Previously he was handling projects across different parts of India for brands like Hilton, Leela palace, GRT, Courtyard by Marriott, IBIS hotels and recent venture in handling MEP services for Taj group of hotels.

Vinoth Sadasivam

Mr. Vinoth, a civil engineering graduate with around 15 years of hands on experience in hotel construction projects. He brings with him portfolio of expo sure, working in middle east, Nepal, different parts of India for multinational brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Carlson rezidor, Taj etc., His specialization in project management and civil, interior works involved in hotel projects adds on value to the company.

Srinivasan Gunasekaran

Mr. Srinivasan, brings with him more than 2 decades of experience in the field of hotel construction and project management, specialized in civil and interior field.Previously he was handling projects across different parts of India for brands like Holiday Inn, Leela palace, Hyatt Regency, IBIS Novotel and recent venture in handling project management for Taj group of hotels.
